1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mr BITE ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Mr BITE is a mobile application that provides meal planning, recipe management, nutritional tracking, shopping list generation, and related health and wellness services. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized recipes and meal plans based on your preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional goals.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you submit, post, display, import, or otherwise bring into the App. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Import, copy, or submit content you do not have the right to use
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

5. Importing Recipes and Content From Third-Party Links

The App includes a feature that lets you paste a link to publicly available third-party content, such as an Instagram Reel, a TikTok, a YouTube video, or a web page, and extract a structured recipe from it. This section governs your use of that feature.

5.1 You direct the import

Every import happens because you chose a link and asked the App to process it. Mr BITE provides a technical tool that acts on your instruction. We do not select, browse, curate, or seek out source content, and we do not import anything on your behalf without your action.

5.2 Your responsibility and warranty

You are solely responsible for the links you import and for your use of the resulting content. By importing a link, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to access the source content and to make the copy the import creates, whether because it is publicly available, because you own it, because you have the rights holder's permission, or because your use is otherwise permitted by law
• Your import and your subsequent use of the content do not infringe any copyright, trademark, moral right, database right, privacy right, or other right of any person
• Your import does not breach the terms of service, community guidelines, or technical restrictions of the platform hosting the source content
• You will use imported content for your own personal, non-commercial meal planning

You accept full responsibility and liability for any claim arising from content you import, and you agree that the indemnity in Section 12 applies to those claims.

5.3 What Mr BITE does and does not do

Mr BITE does not host, republish, or redistribute the source video, image, audio, or article. The import produces a text recipe (title, ingredients, method, and estimated nutrition) stored in your account, together with attribution to the original creator and a link back to the source so it can be viewed at its origin. We claim no ownership of the source content, and we make no representation that any imported content is accurate, lawful for you to use, endorsed by its creator, or free of third-party rights. Rights in the source content remain with its owner. Mr BITE is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any source platform or creator.

5.4 Accuracy of imported recipes

Imports are produced by automated extraction and artificial intelligence. Ingredients, quantities, method steps, allergen information, and nutritional estimates may be incomplete, misread, or wrong. You must review every imported recipe before you cook, eat, shop, or rely on it, and Section 6 applies in full to imported content.

5.5 Community catalog and removal

Where an import produces a genuine recipe, the App may add the recipe content and its creator attribution to a shared community catalog visible to other users, as described in our Privacy Policy. By importing, you grant Mr BITE the licence in Section 9 for that content and confirm you have the right to grant it. If you are a creator or rights holder and want an entry removed, contact support@nutriflex.app and we will act on valid requests promptly. We may remove, refuse, or restrict any import at our discretion, and we may suspend the feature or your access to it if we believe it is being used unlawfully.

6. Health and Nutritional Information

The nutritional information, recipes, and meal plans provided by Mr BITE are for informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary changes.

You acknowledge that:

• Nutritional data may vary based on preparation methods and ingredient sources
• AI-generated and imported recipes are suggestions and should be reviewed for accuracy
• You are responsible for verifying allergen information and dietary suitability
• The App does not guarantee specific health or weight loss results

7. Pricing and Plans

Mr BITE is free to download. Creating an account, logging your food, planning your week, and viewing your own data are free to use, and there is no advertising.

Features that carry a per-use cost to run, including AI food logging from photo and voice, Mr BITE chat, AI meal-plan generation, and recipe imports, are included on the free plan up to a monthly allowance. Current allowances are shown in the App and refresh on the first of each month. BITE Coach is an optional paid subscription that removes those allowances.

Subscriptions are purchased on our website and billed by our payment provider at the price shown at checkout. They renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, and you can manage or cancel them at any time through the subscription portal linked from the App and this website. We may change allowances, plan contents, or pricing, and we will give reasonable notice in the App before a change affects an active subscription.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mr BITE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content available through the App.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting or importing content to the App (including recipes, photos, comments, and reviews), you grant Mr BITE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own that content or otherwise have all rights necessary to grant this licence, and that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party. You remain responsible for the content you submit or import. We may remove any content at our discretion, and we act on valid notices from rights holders.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr BITE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Without limiting the above, Mr BITE is not liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from content you import from a third-party link, including any claim by a rights holder or source platform, or from your reliance on the accuracy of imported content.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mr BITE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, any content you submit or import into the App, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mr BITE operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
